Script 1
With the first script We wanted to have the feeling of you get to know the characters just enough to understand the chemistry between them and to be be invested so that our audience will stay tuned for the second episode. Overall I think that script 1 was the hardest to get right and needed to be just the perfect amount of comedic elements and character introductions with some foreshadowing for later episodes.
Script 2
With the 2nd Script we needed to have the audiences full attention and with the characters already introduced we needed a new setting for them to conquer so with some massive edits to how the episode was going to end and some compromises we came to the final conclusion of making the whole episode about Anger and making it more of a serious undertone of emotional imbalance, it's not that if you are calm the remaining feelings will be jumbled up. It was a message that said without balance then some areas of emotions will become wilder and uncontrollable. In summation I wanted to subtly allow the audience to know that it's okay to be angry sometimes but not allowing it to control you is the importance of balance.
Script 3
With the 3rd script I personally had to make several changes to the other versions of the script so that it wouldn't be hard on the director and floor manager to move the furniture up and out of the way ready for the end scene. I think that this was not the best written episode because of the issue both script writers had of balancing all the other roles and both not having a very wide experience with writing comedies.
